What would you like your Yorkie pup to be like (be reasonable) ex: size when grown, sex. We
do not guarantee size or color but we will try to find a pup that is close to what you want.

You will be notified when a pup is available for purchase. If you decide that you wish to
purchase that particular pup then pictures will be sent periodically so you can see his/her growth
progress. You may also come and see your baby if distance is not a factor. The age the pup
will go to you will solely depend upon the individual pup and when the seller determines it is
ready to leave .
When the pup is about 4 weeks of age the buyer will be asked to make a firm commitment
about buying that pup or moving their deposit to another one. If they decide at that time or
anytime before then not to buy that particular pup then the deposit will be assigned to a different
pup or the buyer will be put back on the waiting list for a future pup. If, after the firm
commitment is made, the buyer should change their mind about the purchase of the pup, the
deposit shall be forfeited.
If there is a need to ship, all monies paid for pup and shipping costs need to be received by
Carol Goering two weeks prior to shipment. No pups estimated to grow to 4 ½ lbs or less will
be shipped.
The pup shall be in good health at time of delivery and will come with a copy of the Breeder’s
Veterinarian Health Certificate, if applicable, Contract of Purchase, and AKC registration
papers.
