You will be notified when a pup that meets your desires is available for you and pictures will be
sent periodically so you can see his/her growth progress. You may also come and see your
baby if distance is not a factor. The age they will go to you will solely depend on the individual
pup.
At about 4 wks. of pups? age the buyer will be asked to make a firm commitment about buying
that pup or moving their deposit to another one. If the buyer should change their mind about the
purchase of a pup, the deposit shall be forfeited.
If there is a need to ship, all monies paid for pup and shipping costs need to be received by
Carol Goering two weeks prior to shipment.
This pup shall be in good health at time of delivery and will come with a copy of the Breeder?s
Veterinarian Health Certificate, Health guarantee, and APR Registration papers. If this dog
does not meet with their veterinarian?s approval, Buyer will notify seller within 48 hr.s from
above date of delivery and return said pup in a timely manner with a letter from their
Veterinarian stating that the problem is due to elements contacted before the date of delivery.
At that point, seller will refund money paid for pup or replace pup, whichever is mutually
agreeable.
